Paul May

A Principal Stylist at only 19, Paul is a hairdressing prodigy who completed his apprenticeship at Atherton Cox, honed his skills in Notting Hill, and returned to where it all started as a highly regarded and sought-after stylist. 

His extensive Wella Colour training ensures he is fluent in both cutting and colouring techniques and his sharp eye for fashion has brought him countless editorial work in glossy magazines.  As a key member of the Atherton Cox Art Team, together with a member of the Sebastian Cult Team, a movement of young artists chosen by the hair care brand to redefine the face of modern hairdressing, Paul is passionate about all aspects of hair and exploring new methods and styles.  His magic with colour has resulted in a dynamic partnership with fellow colleague Desmond Murray and the two regularly work on exciting international projects and photo collections with Paul as the colourist and Desmond styling.

Paul's skill with hair is all encompassing, but a personal favourite of his is creating updo hairstyles, especially for brides-to-be – wedding season is a busy time for Paul!
