December may be one of the busiest times of the year here at Atherton Cox, but for key stylist, Kerry Hayden, January is shaping-up to be just as full-on and exciting. As a member of the core team of fashion’s most wanted session stylist, Guido Palau, Kerry will be working on Alexander McQueen’s mainline collection at the coveted London Collections: Men shows on 8th January. Organised by the British Fashion Council, the London Collections: Men is the essential showcasing platform for both emerging menswear talent and heritage brands. This is the first time Alexander McQueen has participated in this esteemed event and its anticipated men’s collection will be one of the headline shows.Alexander McQueen
Before Kerry has time to cool down her styling tools, she will be whisking off to Milan and then Paris for the Autumn/Winter 2013/14 collections. As part of Guido’s formidable team, Kerry will once again be working with fashion’s top designers including Prada, Louis Vuitton and YSL, to name but a few.
“It’s a crazy time of year, especially following the chaos of Christmas, but I wouldn’t miss the shows for the world. The energy and creativity from everyone involved, from the designers and Guido to the make-up teams never fails to inspire me and I come back to the salon full of new ideas.”
